Hello there, I'm Amanda!

I'm a game development enthusiast, game producer and project manager with a strong motivation to make a meaningful impact in the gaming industry! Over the years, I've embarked on an exciting journey, diving into the world of game development, organizing game jams, and sharing my experiences with the gaming community. 

My core expertise lies on project management, production planning,  risk management, process improvement, Agile/Scrum, and cross-functional team leadership.

Some highlights of my career include:
• Shipped an award-winning commercial game, coordinating a remote team across multiple time zones through Production, launch, and Post-Launch.
• Coordinated multidisciplinary teams across multiple time zones, helping improve collaboration, visibility, and delivery across game development projects.

As for my background, I've an Advanced Diploma in Game Development & Design + Postgraduate studies in IT Project Management, in addition to 2 certificates: Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) + ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP).
 

Last but not least, I believe that communities can do wonders for the games industry, that's why I've been actively involved in organizing game jams, in addition to sharing content and insights about game development on my Instagram profile. My mission is to foster connections, empower aspiring female game enthuasiats, and advocate for diversity within the gaming world.
